Tory/LibDem Budget proposals, P& K Council

The Tory/LibDem coalition on Perth and Kinross Council have released the worst case scenarios in their budget for the year ahead. They do this so that when the final budget is decided it wo’nt include all of these proposals but  they can turn around and say ” it could have been worse and we decided not to cut these services “.
