A clip taken from a recorded debate on the future of Perths ‘ Balhousie Primary School has gone viral.

At the Perth and Kinross council meeting in January of this year Lib Dem councillor and Deputy Provost, Willie Wilson is caught in conversation with  Conservative councillor Roz McCall .

Several commenters have now questioned if the school closure was sanctioned merely to spite the SNP group on the Council .
